Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Prempt account, provided by Prempt Inc, and the data associated with it. You can do it yourself in the Prempt app, or ask us to do it by email — for example, if you no longer have the app installed or can’t sign in.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Prempt app (iOS, Android, or app.prempt.ai) and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm with Yes, delete my account.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 2: Ask us by email

Email privacy@prempt.ai with the subject “Delete my Prempt account”. You can write from any address — including if you signed up by text message and have no email on your account. Tell us the email address or phone number your account uses. Before we act, we confirm that the account is yours, by email to the address on the account or by a text message to its phone number, so that nobody else can delete it. We then erase the account and the data described below.

What is deleted

Deleting your account in the app removes your login and the core records of your account, including your profile, business details, contacts, conversations, call records, assistant settings, and your connected Google or Microsoft accounts.

What we may keep

We may keep:

• records we are legally required to keep, such as payment and tax records, for as long as the law requires. Payment data held by our payment processor is governed by its own retention rules;
• copies in our security audit logs.

To have the audit-log copies erased too, email privacy@prempt.ai and we will erase them.

Delete some of your data without deleting your account

You don’t have to delete your account to remove data. In the app you can delete individual contacts and conversations, and disconnect a connected Google or Microsoft account. To have any other data erased — for example, call recordings and transcripts, or everything we stored from a connected account — email privacy@prempt.ai from any address, tell us the email address or phone number your account uses and what you want removed. We confirm the account is yours the same way as above before we act. Your account stays active.

Connected Google or Microsoft accounts

Deleting your Prempt account also deletes its connections to Google and Microsoft, and we ask Google to revoke Prempt’s access. Microsoft does not let apps revoke that access themselves, so to remove it there, go to account.live.com/consent/Manage. You can also check Google’s side at myaccount.google.com/connections.

Text messages

To stop text messages without deleting your account, reply STOP to any message from us.
